Eye tracking sounds like yet another 3DTV & VR headset gimmicky attempt at product differentiation used to justify a higher price and yield a higher margin that simply won't offer a useful benefit for buyers due to a lack of hardware adoption and software support. It's nice to see Acer trying something, but that particular feature looks like a faux-innovation and desperation style shot-in-the-dark at finding the next "killer app."
I can see it as a feature for people with disabilities of some sort that doesn't allow them the full range of motions with all kinds of input devices. But yeah, I can't see the benefit to it over normal inputs.
